Black Art Rising

Black Art Rising is a digital exhibition created to help amplify the voices of young Black artists. LIFEWTR dedicated its social platform in the fourth quarter of last year to keep the call for change alive. Every week, they showcased the work of a contemporary Black artist, who then passed the torch to the next – ensuring the light never went out on these crucial, creative voices. We also encouraged creators to post their work using the #BlackArtRising.
