In June, MTN DEW’s parent company PepsiCo initiated a 5-year, 400+ million dollar plan to uplift Black communities, strengthen Black business, and level the playing field for Black people in America.

MTN DEW made its commitment public via a video shared on its social media channels. Then they went to work to create the $1 Million Dollar Real Change Opportunity Fund built to help Black entrepreneurs who
are current students or recent alumni from HBCUs with existing PepsiCo relationships to help them turn seedlings of ideas into businesses or scale existing ventures.
